Join Shirley as she shares what she learned from her personal experience with loss and grief through a deeper understanding and how she went from feeling angry, fearful, lonely, depressed and regretful to feeling wholesome again.

Shirley Harris was born in Guyana, South America. She retired from the telecommunication industry over a year ago. For the past 10 years, Shirley has been a Public Speaker for Know Thyself as Soul Foundation Canada, which is a non-profit charitable organization.

Her passion was to find the true meaning in life. After many years of searching Shirley has found Sant Mat, an age-old spiritual way of life that includes developing respect, trust, and love for all and discovering our full potential as human beings. Shirley spends her time to help others by sharing how she has benefited from the meditation through public talks. She now works full time as a Co-National Representative for Know Thyself as Soul Foundation. In this volunteer position Shirley travels across Canada to train, coach and mentor 17 other volunteer workers. This also includes conducting free meditation classes with the goal of providing support to anyone interested in improving their life.

Shirley has many core values which helps her to stay focused; such as truth, commitment and creativity. She also enjoys teaching vegetarian nutrition and supporting those in transitioning to a healthier diet. The organization, Know Thyself as Soul Foundation, helps people to find the deeper meaning of life by offering free programs on spirituality to the community at large.

Michelle will also guide you on a beautiful healing meditation.

Michelle was aware of her intuitive abilities from a young age, as she constantly felt drawn to helping people through their most difficult times and seemed to have the words flowing through her to help those who requested guidance. She learned quickly into her teenage years that this guidance was coming from spirit, and that she was to develop as a spiritual healer and clairvoyant medium. Within a few years of developing her abilities, Michelle began to give public and private demonstrations of clairvoyance and healing, as well as readings, spiritual counselling, and teachings. She now provides private readings internationally and has been teaching courses both locally and online about spiritual healing, spirit guides, mediumship development and more for years.
